The only hill station in Rajasthan famous for its cool climate and lush greenery. Formerly it was named as Arbudaanchal which means forest of Arbhuda. It is the home to several Hindu temples, including the Adhar Devi Temple, Shri Raghunathji Temple, Achaleshwar Mahadev Temple. The most important attraction is Dilwara temple, famous for its architecture worldwide. Other tourist attractions include Mount Abu Wildlife sanctuary, Nakki Lake and Guru Shikhar.
