Q: Will it be possible to send a driver who can understand English?

A: Our drivers may not be fluent in English, but they possess functional language skills. They effectively make up for vocabulary gaps with a strong understanding and adaptability in communication.

Q: How many hours is the driver entitled to stay with us?

A: For local trips, the standard allocation is 8 hours and 80 kilometers. Any usage beyond these limits incurs additional charges—Rs. 20/km and Rs. 250/hour for a sub-compact sedan. For outstation journeys, there are no specific restrictions on kilometers or hours, but we request a maximum usage of 12 hours per day to ensure driver rest and safety.

Q: How will I find the driver at the airport?

A: Our driver will be at the arrival gate holding a sign with your name. If you face any challenges in locating the driver, please send a message in our WhatsApp group or contact us directly.


Booking & Pricing

Q: Your rate is expensive. Is there a better price you can offer?

A: Our rates are meticulously calculated to include toll tax, driver allowance, parking fees, and GST. We ensure there are no hidden charges. Our priority is a hassle-free, comfortable, and top-class service.

Q: I would like to extend my trip for another day. Kindly help.

A: We are happy to accommodate your request at an extra cost—Rs. 2500 for an extra day in a sub-compact sedan. Please note that the same driver may not always be available due to prior commitments.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to approval by Stayfari. No-shows are non-refundable.


On-Trip Assistance

A: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’re tracking the driver’s whereabouts and will update you immediately. Traffic delays can occur, but rest assured we’re doing everything we can to minimize the impact.

A: All itinerary changes should be communicated via the WhatsApp group created for your trip. This ensures smooth coordination and avoids miscommunication.
