Montagne Blanche is a city stationed in the centre-east of the Mauritian island. Due to its positioning, it falls under two districts namely, Flacq and Moka. Montagne Blanche has a hilly area all around and its routes are also famous among the trekkers. The hike is not lengthy and the beginning of the route is quite sloppy and muddy. The sugarcane fields, the amazing view down the peaks and the streams are the best part of the trek. The region also has many well-known restaurants like the Afzal Grill Express, Pepe restaurant, Hell Cafe, Snack Piment Rouge and Pepe Thali where one can dig-in to the some of the most appetizing local delicacies of the island.
