Chandipur or Chandipur-on-sea is a town in the Indian state of Odisha. It lies in the district of Balasore. The town is known for its beach which is positioned on the coast of Bay of Bengal. The beach much acclaimed by all its visitors and is a very popular picnic spot. The beach is surrounded by plenty of restaurants that serve some of the authentic Odia cuisines, especially including seafood (prawns and pomfrets). The sunset at Chandpur Beach is a bliss to watch.
